If an item is in stock and for UK Mainland delivery, your order will usually be processed within 24 hours.
All orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Whilst we hold a stock of most items, some items are made to order, and please allow up to 5 working days for personalised orders to be produced.
During the busy summer period and in December, orders may take longer to process but we aim to ship all orders within 7 working days
We offer free collection of any order from our website from our premises at Unit 20 Wolseley Court, Staffordshire Technology Park, Stafford. ST18 0GA. Please select this option on the checkout page.
Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel collection points

If you require an item to be delivered within a certain time scale or on a specific date there may be extra costs involved.
Occasionally, depending on stock availability, items from orders will be shipped separately. If there is a delay with the delivery of all or part of the order then we will contact you via the email or phone details supplied when you place the order
